We called Frosty Desert because we notice we had minimal air flow and the rooms would not cool down. Enrique the technician came to our home during the appointment window. He did a complete inspection on the entire air conditioner and the duct systems. He quickly identified the problem and determined that our duct system basically starting tearing apart from its old age. He gave us a quote for a complete system overhaul. His pricing was a lot more reasonable than any of the big company’s in town. We hired them for the job and I’m happy to say we are very satisfied with the work. Our new air conditioner and new ducts are blowing cold 🥶 air that we lacked before. We are extremely happy with the work they did and the cleanliness of the crew. Definitely highly recommend calling them for any repairs or new system.

Our unit was not heating properly and we reached out early on a Sunday morning. They showed up before lunch. They assessed the issue and we were back up and running in no time. Thank you!

These guys are very thorough and skilled. The prior AC company kept doing bandaid fixes to my AC I thought needed replacing because it was old. Within two visits, Frosty caught two key problems the other guys missed for years. Easy to fix problems not so costly as replacing the unit, which would have saved everyone a lot of time and money if the prior guys had been good enough to catch them. These folks know their stuff.

Highly recommend Frosty Desert as an HVAC company. They were professional, prompt, and efficient in their service. Their technicians were knowledgeable and made sure to explain the issue and solution in a way that was easy to understand.
